Julien Horn is a Partner at McGill and Partners, specializing in the ports and terminals sector. He joined the firm in March 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from his 15+ years at TT Club, a leading insurer for the transport and logistics industry.  Julien held key roles including Senior Underwriter in the London marine division and Business Development Director for TTMS Gulf in Dubai. His work has given him a deep understanding of the markets in the Middle East, Africa and the Eastern Mediterranean. At McGill and Partners, he leverages his expertise to support clients with complex risk and insurance needs in the evolving transportation landscape. Julien is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Insurance with Post Graduate Diploma in Marine Insurance from the World Maritime University.
