Joseph started his career as an average adjuster in 2013 when he joined Richards Hogg Lindley becoming an Associate the following year. In 2018, Joseph qualified as a Senior Associate before achieving Fellowship the following year in 2019. Joseph was one of the co-editors of Lowndes & Rudolf: General Average and York-Antwerp Rules (15^th edn.) which was published in 2018. After a brief stint as an in-house adjuster at Aon, Joseph joined Norwegian Hull Club in 2024 as an advisor.
