Gagan is the CEO of the West of England P&I Club’s UAE office. He is a Master Mariner, qualified in English law, and holds an Executive MBA in Shipping and Logistics from Copenhagen Business School. Gagan is responsible for the Club’s Membership based out of the Middle East and the Indian subcontinent.
