Cenk Bilgin is Senior Marine Insurance professional having more than 23+ years’ experience in Cargo, Hull & Machinery, and all other lines of businesses in marine insurance sector. Cenk spent 16 years in Turkish Insurance market and was working as Marine and Aviation Manager at Allianz Turkey about 9 years before moving to Middle East in 2018. He is currently Head of Marine – MENA at Starr Underwriting Agents- A Member of Starr Companies.

Cenk has been a member and Vice-Chair of IUMI- Inland Hull, Fishing Vessels & Yachts Committee (IFY) since 2019. He is also acting as Vice Chairman of Marine & Aviation Technical Committee in Emirates Insurance Association since 2019; and former member of the Marine Technical Committee in Turkish Insurance Association between 2014-2018.
