Alessandro Tricoli is a Partner and Head of the International Transaction Group at Fichte & Co. He advises on ship finance, sale and purchase, construction and conversion contracts, joint ventures, investments, acquisitions, and port development projects, acting for shipowners, banks, and international investors on complex cross-border transactions.

A keen sailor, Alessandro is deeply involved in the yacht and superyacht sector, guiding clients through finance, construction, and dispute matters—including the high-profile Luna case before the UAE courts.

Before joining Fichte & Co, he practised maritime and insurance law in Italy, assisted the Chair of Maritime Law at the University of Bologna, and enhanced his expertise in London after completing postgraduate studies at the University of Southampton.

Recognised by Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 EMEA, and Who’s Who Legal – Transport: Shipping, Alessandro is a founding member and current Chairman of the UAE Maritime Law Association, which he helped lead into membership of the Comité Maritime International (CMI).
